Rules are subject to change at ownership discretion.

This is meant to be a FUN Social Club. If you are neither, it may not be for you.

Free Dinners/BBQ listed do not include (or may if we decide) free alcohol.

20% Discount applies to Drinks, Merchandise, Bottles and most Sugar Works Functions.

Discounts included in membership are ONLY for members. Spouses, Kids, Cousins, Friends, Neighbors or Aunt Betty are not to be recipients of your discounts.

Members attempting to or are successful at using their discounts for others may lose their membership at owner’s discretion.

Tours/Tasting events must be scheduled. Annual Members include 2 Tours. Lifetime 4 Tours annually. Members are a priority, but we may not be able to schedule on your chosen date. The earlier you schedule the better.

Members are encouraged to make new friends and enjoy life. Membership may and can be revoked if you are mean, offensive, disorderly or act any way like the people you have decided not to invite back into your own home. If your membership is revoked, there will be NO REFUNDS!

Membership does NOT mean Ownership of Sugar Works Distillery. Be respectful of other customers, our business space and the staff who love you so much.

The “Founding Member” designation on annual membership is limited to the first 50 members.

Rules may change. You agree with that.

Lifetime Members may set rules for their Club Level. No rules may be implemented or modified without Ownership approval.

A lawyer did not write these rules but pretend one did because it saved money on your membership. We envision this to be a Fun Social Club. Not a government run program. Morgan Morgan is not “for us”.

If you're not yet a member, you're required to sign a statement agreeing to these rules before payment of membership and before being granted membership status. No signature, no membership.
If you're a member, you have signed an agreement acknowledging your willingness to adhere to these rules. Please don't give us a reason to look for it.
